MEET THE HOSTS

Born in Detroit into

“The First Family of Gospel,”

Deborah Joy spent her youth resisting the Winans' musical legacy. In fact, her heart was leading her down another path: acting. In 2016, Deborah Joy got a call from Oprah Winfrey with news that she was cast in a starring role on OWN’s original drama Greenleaf. Since then, Deborah Joy has continued to hone her craft as an actress while embracing her roots as the next generation of Winans singers.
